Indoor Cycling

If you love sports and cycling this is your route

We start from the Plaza de la Constitución, in Maspalomas, and take the road GC-504 towards Ayagaures. After passing by the Aquapark, we turn right, still following the GC-504 in a slight but constant ascent, we reach the reservoir of Ayagaures and there, we turn 90º to the left - a very steep but short slope. Next, we take the GC-503 and ascend to the summit named Cima Pedro González, where we will find the steepest slopes. Going up, we reach the summit at kilometre 17, where we can enjoy wonderfull panoramic views. We then start descending, above Palmitos Park, a zoological and botanical gardens that offers an incredible variety of flora and fauna species, and across Montaña La Data. Leaving that mountain behind, we keep descending down to Maspalomas. This is a short route both in terms of time and distance, but it is very appropriate to start trainings as it has all the varieties a route can present: flat surfaces, ascents and descents. It is also really convenient when you do not spare of much time. When we get to maspalomas we rest 20 minutes. When we pass the road and the English beach we will go to the Happy Bay. There we stop to observe the sea bottom and to make us photos. We continue to the Castillo del Romeral, where we stop to see him from outside and have lunch and gather strength. There are an animator that will waiting  who keep with the childs. The resto go to Santa Lucia de Tirajana, increasing the rhythm. In Santa Lucia we rest 30 min to get something to drink. After we will return to the Castillo del Romeral to stay with other people and enjoy the rest of the day there.
